Reflexology in Richmond and South West LondonWelcome to Optimum Reflexology,
Rachel Kelly MAR Bnurs(Hons) RGN
I am a qualified Reflexologist and a Registered Nurse offering Reflexology and Maternity Reflexology in Twickenham, Richmond and South West London.
Reflexology is a wonderfully empowering and enjoyable way for you to get back in control of your health and your life. I believe that reflexology works by unlocking the body's own healing capabilities, helping you to reach your optimum functioning and ultimately your optimum health.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can be used independently or alongside to "complement" other therapies. It is a safe, natural and non-invasive therapy that uses a holistic approach – treating mind, body and spirit. Reflexology is suitable for all ages and is an extremely relaxing, enjoyable and accessible therapy. Maternity Reflexology is a special interest and passion of mine, reflexology can help the body to function at its optimum, hopefully assiting in a successful conception, a healthy pregnancy, a good birthing experience and ultimately a healthy baby. Maternity Reflexology can be particularly helpful for couples wanting to conceive who are not ready to, or do not wish to, embark on fertility treatments. Reflexology treatments can be given in a relaxing treatment room at my practice in Twickenham or I can visit you at your home, providing a comfortable reclining treatment chair. Please call 07921 764919 or email rachel@optimumreflexology.co.uk to book a treatment or make an enquiry. I am just back from maternity leave and have moved house, unfortunately I do not have a treatment room as yet so am treating clients in my living room, although privacy is assured.
I am available for reflexology treatments in Twickenham and surrounding areas of South West London; Teddington, Hampton, Whitton, Isleworth, St Margaret's, Richmond, Kew, Barnes, Mortlake, Sheen and Kingston. If you live in an area not listed and would be interested in a home visit please contact me.
